What is Tickle Lipo?

Tickle Lipo, or Tickle liposuction is a new form of liposuction. Another name for this procedure is called Nutational Infrasonic Liposculpture (NIL). It is known to reduce pain and recovery time and it is safer than most other type of liposuction techniques since general anesthesia is avoided. Tickle Liposuction name comes from the tickling sensation that patients experience during the liposuction cosmetic procedure. The treatment area typically is numbed with local anesthesia using a tumescent liposuction technique. Tickle Lipo procedure can be performed on many parts of the body. The powered cannula liquifies the fat and suctioning at the same time. After the procedure, most patients are able to return back to normal daily activity with minimal to no downtime. The vibrating cannula gives accessibility to work through fatty tissue and tougher areas of the body for smoothing line, less bruising and sculpting results. Tickle Lipo can be combined with other skin tightening procedures to help achieve the optimal results.

What is the recovery like for this surgical procedure?

Right after your cosmetic surgery you will be placed in compression garments. Instructions on how to take off compression garments will be given to you by our staff members. Recovery is very fast when it comes to the tickle lipo procedure. You can resume normal activities after a few days. Swelling, pain and soreness are expected after this plastic surgery procedure. No strenuous activity for a few weeks.

What will the results be like?

Results are different for everyone. In most cases, you will notice a toner and slimmer treatment area almost immediately. The majority of patients see full results in just a few months, with some noticing results in as little as a month.

What are the risks of this cosmetic surgery?

The risks are generally low with Tickle Lipo. The side effect risks that do occur include skin not tightening enough after the procedure and lumpy or uneven fat redistribution. Both of these can easily be resolved in follow-up appointments with your doctor.
